BLS for Healthcare Providers
(2-yr certification)
This class includes certification in: Adult/child/infant CPR/AED & Heimlich, bag mask ventilation, advanced airway, 2-rescuer scenarios.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
Anyone in the healthcare field : nursing students, dental and medical assistants, respiratory therapists, EMT's, RN's, doctors, etc.
On-site training is available.
Class time is approx. 3 hours.
This class is if you are a renewal, your card has expired, or you are a first time student.
$70
AHA requires that to receive a certification you must have the current e-book or textbook.
The AHA just released this new material to coincide with the 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR/AED updates.
(You will use this updated material for future renewals until 2030 when they will most likely release updated material again.)
The 2025 BLS e-books are $16.80 and can be purchased using the link below.
The BLS

(Teacher K-12) HeartSaver CPR/AED adult/child (infant module is optional)
This course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and Heimlich maneuver. Class time is approximately 2 hours for the adult/child modules only (Indiana Teacher Requirement)
Class time is an additional 30 minutes to add the infant module.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
K-12 Teachers and those in school to become teachers.
On-site training is available.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS?
This class is for anyone who would like to learn how to respond to a cardiac emergency (personal trainers, corporate training, public interest, employees and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements).
On-site training is available.

First Aid Classes
First Aid Certification is available as an 'add on' to any CPR Class. You would complete the Blended Learning Option Part 1 online, and then we can schedule you to arrive 45 min. before the start of the CPR class you register for to complete the Blended Learning Part 2 & 3 (the practice and skills).
If you would like to complete the First Aid and the CPR portion online, then we will make a 90 min. appointment with you to complete Part 2 & 3. If you choose this option, you won't attend the class, it will be by appointment only.
